Please be in prayer for me as I answer the call to serve in Tanzania. These are things you can be praying and thinking of:

Travel: Flying overseas and going through customs can be stressful! Pray that everything goes smoothly and as stress-free as possible.
Health and Safety: In Tanzania it's possible to be exposed to Malaria, digestive worms and amebas, just to name a few. Yikes! Please pray for my health and safety as I go through day-to-day life living in Africa.
Teaching: I will be teaching 1st grade, which is often the first time students begin their primary education in TZ. Pray that I will set a positive tone and provide a wondeful first educational experience for my students and their families.
Transition: Although exciting and beautiful, transitioning to living in a third-world country can also have its challenges. I will be living out a new normal with new people, customs, and cultures. Pray for me as I adapt and transition to life in Tanzania.
Family: Living continents apart from the ones you love is not easy, especially those living state side. Please pray for peace and comfort for my sweet family.
